fixed the single VP in the center of all maps causing pathing issues. object is now passable.  http://forums.europeinruins.com/index.php?topic=21596 [fixes #250]

added minesweeper vet
1 - 5xp - 0.85 rec. dmg
2 - 19xp - 0.8 rec. suppression
3 - 48xp - 1.1 hp, +1 sweeper (+5 detection)
