Minor Bugfix patch

HVAP now works with the following

  • Comet
  • Achillies
  • M3 Lee

APCR now works with the following.

  • Command Panzer IV/V
  • Nashorn
  • Brens now fire on the move with Offensive Manouvers T4
  • Airborne HMG teams should now receive working AP Rounds
  • Unintentional Sturmpanzer range buffs with veterancy removed.
  • Panzerwerfer supression values matched (lower) with regular nebelwerfer.
