*Added engineer abilities Hull Down, Combined Force, Expert Engineers, Ablative Plating.
*Removed mine detection from all PE infantry(except minesweepers).
*Fixed pak crew being unable to retreat when the camo is toggled on.(needs testing)
*Fixed various targeting priority issues with various allied vehicles.
