Walk instead of Crawl

Sniper
Gains "Sprint"
-30% cooldown

Fearless Tank Aura and KCH
-Changes to convey only Zeal to all units within aura (40m range)

new skin for jp iv (From bk mod)
new skin for 75mm gmc (From bk mod)
removed weird pak 38 sound file and churchill model files

litup now stacks correctly
mark target now stacks correctly

  1. jeep now gets mark target from doctrine

fsj sniper sprint decloaks him
commando t4 now gives +1 nade
volks faust upgrade now gives 2 uses instead of 3
