(EIR skinner request)
Add this line right below archive.01 (archive.01 = EuropeInRuins?\Archives\EuropeInRuinsBattle?)
archive.02 = EuropeInRuins?\Archives\ExternalSkinpackExtra?
all other archives will need to be moved down one space.
This new sga will allow skinners to overwrite EIR custom unit skins.
