Non-droppable slot item weapons

Weapons like sten, thompson and mp44 take slot item but they don't drop.

now commandos and assault grens can't pick up nice weapons from battlefield.

change these to default weapon so they can pick up weapons

don't do thompson or any other weapon that not every soldier in the squad carries.

else it won't transfer over if the dude holding the special weapon dies.
