Games must be forced to complete them. Once complete, you must click accept changes in the company tab, then rebuild your company.

Found issue with NO reports being sent at type 1 in SQL.

Issue must lie with the launcher parsing report codes.

No obvious errors found in Launcher code, have made some changes and logging details.

If this doesnt work, will need to check the scar code, and when the scar sends the final report (has COH exited before scars done? That cant be possible...)
