Ostwind - From 400 hp to 500 hp.
StuG - From 40 range to 45 range.
Panther - AI accuracy from 0.4 to 0.55
Nebelwerfer - Decrease suppression by 50%.
Tiger - Range from 40 to 45, max speed from 4 to 5.
Walking Stuka - Damage vs infantry from 0.6 to 0.45
King Tiger - Accuracy vs inf from 0.4 to 0.6, max speed from 3 to 4.

- Light repair kits from 4HP/s to 5HP/s (200 to 250)
- Medium repair kits from 4HP/s to 4.5HP/s (400 to 450)
- Blitzkreig Precision Strike given warning smoke.
- Drop V1 scatter by 25%
- If possible, have blackout apply only to enemies
