Needs to be reworked to the following:

Operation Overlord:

All Infantry:
Have option to arrive on field in duce 1/2 supply trucks
(Oe alternative: 30s spawnbuff sprint)

All Shermans:
-1 sec gun reload
-provide defensive aura (35m)

-20% received accuracy
-50% received suppression

Fire up cooldown:
-90s (240s)
Fire up exhaustion:
-50% exhaustion time

American Officer Aura becomes:

• +35m Radius
• -50% cooldown for Garands
• -25% cooldown for BARs

Should probably cut the fire-up CD decrease to 60s instead of 90, else it's going to be overkill when stacked with vet 3 fire-up CD buffs.
