HT Deployment bug

Description

Halftracks using the HT deployment feature will have same xp amount after the game as before the game. This means that they will never gain vet, but if you gain vet on a HT that doesn't use ht deployment and then switch so it DOES use ht deployment once its vetted it will never lose that vet.
