Description

Reports of Att/Def? callins etc being broken.

Please add addtional comments if you know whats going on, and I'll investigate.

Basically attack and defend is reversed, the team that is supposed to be defending starts out attacking and the defenders have to attack. In addition, attackers get 28 pop. (When defenders are supposed to get 28 pop)

Uhm, no.

Attackers are meant to have the extra pop, while the defenders get extra time to setup / gain territory.

Are the timers completely reversed still?
