Description

Needs to be reworked so it acts like BAR suppression. Albeit being shorter (From for example 20 to about 10) but quicker to suppress.
(Make sure it notifies players with a yellow 'Suppression Fire' popping up when triggered, similar to AP rounds and other abilities)
