Description

To 8 pop, fix penetration tables.

"Take a look at it's penetration drop off. it's no where near the value it is for similar vehicles. We've changed the pen. of vehicles that weren't even bugged(happened while I was away) and the Wirble definitely appears to be a bug."

Not penetration bug, the wirblewind was doing friendly fire.

the issue is that the bren carrier uses PE HT armor type.
